This privacy policy informs you about the processing of your personal data and your rights as a data subject when using our website https://www.blowpouches.eu, when visiting our social media presences and when taking photos and videos during events. We also inform you about the protection of your privacy on

Data processing for general use of our website
When you visit our website, we collect and process internet connection data and usage data that is stored in the browser of your end device (server log files and cookies).

Server log files

Recipients of your data
We use technical service providers (e.g. hosting providers) and service providers to process orders who may process your data in accordance with our instructions on the basis of order processing contracts in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. These service providers may be employees of KWK Vertriebs GmbH as well as external companies such as logistics companies.

Your data will only be disclosed to third parties if we are legally obliged to do so or if there is another legal basis for doing so.

New legal requirements, business decisions or technical developments may make it necessary to amend our privacy policy. In such cases, the privacy policy will be updated accordingly.

If such consent is not required, our data processing is based on our legitimate interest in public relations in accordance with Art .6 (1) (f) GDPR. In this case, you can object to our data processing under the conditions of Art .21 (1) GDPR.
